Your Xencall system has several technical requirements that it needs to work properly, which are outlined below.

Operating System (OS)
Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10 or higher or Chrome OS 80.0.3987.137 or higher.
Note: Mac OS is not supported.
Intel Core i3 or AMD FX or equivalent dual-core processor, or better.
4 GB RAM (or more).
A wired USB headset (any make or model that is compatible with your OS).
Note: Analog and Bluetooth headsets are not supported.
A NIC (Network Interface Controller) and network cable to make a direct, wired connection to an internet network.
Note: Wifi connections are not supported.
Internet Network Connection and Speed
Access to a landline-based internet network (DSL, coaxial cable or fiber optic) with available upload speed/bandwidth of at least 250 Kb per second for each user logged in.
The table below will give you an idea of how much internet speed/bandwidth you'll require depending on how many users will be logged in at the same time.
