Be sure to complete Step 1: Prepare a Lead File for Import before you proceed.
Upload a Lead File for Import
On your Dashboard, click on the Manage Leads icon to go to Lead Management. This icon is available at the top of the Dashboard and also under the Manage section.
Under Lead Management, click on Upload Leads and select your prepared lead file.
You may receive a notification from your browser asking to confirm the upload. Click OK to proceed.
Your lead file is now uploaded and ready to configure for import. The settings you choose in the next step will determine how Xencall stores the data for these Leads.
